The mascot of the Paw'Lit's and the penultimate spoiled brat. His mother's overbearing love and his overall popularity for being so dang cute taught him that he is clearly the best thing ever. It's probably best to not let him be involved directly in diplomatic matters. It will be proven many times that the kit has absolutely no tact. His second tail grants him a Taelbank.

Nea Paw'Lit

Nea Paw'Lit

TaelfolkFortune/DevilHeart

Nea Paw'Lit is the only triple-tailed Tael known and inexplicably powerful. No one can provide the service standards she expects, and so she operates her franchises all on her own. That obsession led her to split off and employ lesser versions of herself. These so-called Lit'Paws exist as part of her gestalt being, but there can only ever be one Nea Paw'Lit.Once upon a time The Devil himself came to her with insatiable munchies.

Lit'Paws run the many different franchises of Paw'Lit's. They exist as extensions of Nea Paw'Lit. They're also referred to as her little paws.Their colors might be changed around, but they're all mostly the same.

Dust & Lorn

Dust

RaceAspectFacet
?Hermit/Magician?

A husk of the creator's will, and the administrator of The World. His body
exists only as amber dust, but maintains a humanoid form by inhabiting his creator's robes. He has a frilly ascot and matching frilly gloves. He wields two staves - one for celestial objects, and the other for scrying through the world's memory.

Dust & Lorn

Lorn

?Death?

Death, but with the personality of a kind and forgetful old man. He is an impossibly large, walking construct. What would be his fingers, are immense blades. Light bursts from where his neck would be. Shards of what used to be his head are suspended in the air behind him like a halo. His purpose was to remember for The World, but then he lost his head. Dust is his caretaker now.

Setting: Chained Sky

Paw'Lit's is a spinoff series from the setting of Chained Sky. You can learn more about it by visiting its website.

In Chained Sky, every character is a story, and the world itself is a character full of stories.- The World is very, very flawed, but it tries. As it turns out, a world's craving for fast food was inciting enough of an incident to start a whole series of stories.

- Tarot: All aspects and celestial objects in this setting are based on the Major Arcana of the Tarot.- Amber: Amber, the essence of all things. Its most common forms are as coin or dust. Quite literally, people are made of money, and money is power.- Magic: Everywhere, flavored by who or what is using it.- Aspect: A god or goddess affiliated with the Tarot. Most have a race associated with them. People are effectively reflections of their progenitor Aspect, so there are commonalities in personality, looks, and even gender. The term "Aspect" can interchangeably refer to a god/goddess and their people.- Taelfolk / Taels: Their Aspect is The Wheel of Fortune. Visually, they are humanoids with a mix of cat and fox features. As a people, they covet fun, good food, family and of course, Fortune. There are four major bloodlines based on the playing card suits - Hearts, Spades, Clubs and Diamonds. They commonly refer to their goddess as Lady, Fortune or Lady Luck.- Phase: The Devil, a man whose obsessions are so intense that they infect everyone at a global level. It's compelling like an addiction, and generally lasts around a week. For this reason, obsessions are synonymous with phases, though they can have lasting impact and completely change a person. Some people take advantage of and profit off of these global trends.- Bandits: People sprout from the ground to act as vessels for Phase's obsession. They are innocent to a fault, but driven by impulsive urges that aren't their own. It serves as WHO they are before they have a chance to develop their own personality. This is how they commonly became known as Bandits. Their lifespans are often abysmally short, and the value of their lives is both a moral quandary and a point of debate.
